Here at Blushwood home I gathered some of my favorite local decor atisans and vendors from my hometown, Chattanooga, TN. Many of these selections are woven in with memories from my childhood. I focus on sourcing sustainable and quality home decor for my clients, and every week I share items we love at Blushwood Home that could help you take steps towards a mindful, gorgeous, and forever home.
With love,

It’s hard to find floral arrangements that feel updated, layered, moody, and lively all in one. Jolie Jardin does just that. Jolie Jardin is a biodiverse farm located on a 23-acre property in Signal Mountain, TN, and they also host a farm stand off 141 US-127. Pop by their shop on Market Street.
Owned and operated by Becca and her family, Jolie Jardin offers stunning flower arrangements that are perfect for any occasion. Invest in a Jolie Jardin flower arrangement for an entryway table at your summer dinner party. For an extra special touch, place smaller arrangements on the dining table, so you can still chat to guests across the table. After the party, don’t dispose of the flowers—air dry them to enjoy their beauty for months to come.
For our wedding a few years back, beloved friends gifted us these amazing glasses from glass-blower Prentice Hicks. They’re incredibly resilient—we love eating ice cream sundaes or yogurt parfaits out of them. What's really magical is how they look white in some light and blue-green in others. I can't recommend them enough!
A 5-star shop on Etsy, The Artists Son, has an impressive collection of vintage furniture and design. One standout find is the Antique Ornate Silver Plate Box, perfect for a bookshelf or console table.
This piece is a glimpse of the incredible collection available. Shop vintage and local with The Artists Son.
While Yves Delorme is a French brand their Chattanooga outlet shwocases so many unbelievable textiles. I started popping by the store in high school and dreamed of bringing a few of the throw pillows into my life. Before I went to college my parents gifted me a few of the pillows for my college dorm room, and they've been special to me ever since. I will always keep them because of the beautiful craftmenship.
The House of Yves Delorme opened a new tailoring studio in Spring 2020 in Nieppe in the Hauts-de-France region. The energy efficient building, well adapted to the most modern work environments, houses all the stages of bed linens production and the 80 employees who are all expert tailors in the luxury industry.
Chattanooga Window Treatments has an unbeatable 5.0 rating on Google Reviews and offers a wide range of styles, from traditional to contemporary.
Window treatments are an essential step in achieving a layered, collected space with a strong design vision. As an interior designer, I aim to incorporate window treatments that seamlessly blend with the overall design of a space. My philosophy is that they should complement, not overshadow, the room’s aesthetic.
Plus, window treatments are incredibly sustainable! Closing your curtains in unused rooms can help you save on your electric bill and AC this summer.
